"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

i know i faverd it but only cuz they stole it from a naruto fan sight and i faverd it so the real artist can see who is stealing there work i let many people on my account and i don't care if i took it cuz the real artist told me i could
So since it's 'stolen' you steal it too? And if you saw it in a fan site, the ORIGINAL artist may have put it there, or the site itself stole it too. I don't believe the artist would've let someone FILTER their art just like what you did. He or she could've given you the lineart for you to color, that would have been convincing. But no, in your filter, the artist's signature could even be identified, and it's the whole pic you've taken. Hell, you can even make out the watermark. It's the exact same pic. Anyways, it's been reported, so if I were you, I'd take it down.
